The Hemmka Health Kinesiology Tape is made up of a cotton fabric formed by undulations in determined shapes that allow faster muscle recovery. This composition is based on a technique for activating the neurological and circulatory systems that allows muscle recovery without limiting its movement.

This muscle recovery technique called Kinesiology allows the Kinesiology Tape to be suitable for treatments such as shoulder pain, discomfort from poor posture or injuries during training sessions. Its use is mainly in the physiotherapeutic and sports rehabilitation sector, although its use is increasingly spreading to the hospital setting.
